PetSide
Petside.com is a community and blog site for pet lovers built using Drupal 6. It featuers a comple caching strategy for high availibility as well as several sections focusing on user-generated content. In 2010 I lead a team of 6 developers to migrate this site from Movable Type.
Momtourage
This is a blog style site aimed at mothers created with Drupal 6. It features a "question & answer" tool that has been ported to both iOS and Android devices using a custom web service.
Life Goes Strong
A family of blogs that offer news, advise and entertainment aimed specifically at the Baby Boomer generation. The sites are Drupal-based and incorporate a wide-range of custom modules, complex site configurations and high-availability.
The New York Post
The New York Post went through a complete redesign and transitioned to a new content management system in early 2009. I was responsible for the design of several sections including both the Page Six section front and thePage Six story page. Additionally, I managed the team that was responsible for all of the HTML, CSS and javascript on the site which is completely standards compliant.
Century 21 Roy B. Hull
This site is a real estate showcase site for Century 21 Roy B. Hull in Eastern Pennsylvania. I was responsible for the front-end design and for creating a database-driven back end management system for this site. The back end is built as a PHP/mySQL web application and supports adding/editing/deleting and reporting on real estate listings including listings from third parties. I have been managing this site since 2004.
La•Di•Da
The La•Di•Da project entailed the development of a website, and an entire brand and logo design including print advertisements, signage, shopping bags, business cards, etc. The website is Drupal-based and includes a few custom modules. In addition ladidaladida.com required some minor flash development to make the centerpiece clock display the correct time.
PageSix.com
In 2007 the New York Post created a celebrity blog site called PageSix.com. This was a high-traffic Drupal-based site. I managed the production group responsible for designing and building out new features, supporting the advertising sales team and designing special features for the editorial staff. Just before the site closed in 2008, I redesigned the entire theme making each page 40% lighter and 50% faster.
MCF Communications
This is a small business site for a communications tower company. I designed and developed this Drupal-based site as a brochure for MCF Communications. In addition to a branding design that included a new logo I incorporated Google maps to illustrate the locations of their existing communications towers.
Harvard University: The History of Capitalism
This site was built for Harvard University in preparation for a conference on The History of Capitalism in North America. I was the lead developer and created a simple php-based content management system so that the organizers could update the site at their leisure. While I created both the HTML markup and the CSS for this site, the design was outsourced.
Lara Feinsod Interior Designs
This client had very specific ideas to reflected her design style. The site was designed and built to give potential customers a sampling of her work. It included a highly dynamic photo gallery along with a tool for the client to manage the photos. In addition, I created a logo and branding materials also to reflect the client's design style.
Teva Lior
This a bilingual site (English & Hebrew) created for an Israeli tour company. I designed and built this site a single-page brochure using some basic javascript and PHP. Of utmost importance to this client was the ability to show the same content in two languages that are read in opposite directions.
Page Six Magazine
Page Six Magazine is a publication of The New York Post. This site uses a completely custom PHP/PostGreSQL based CMS that allows for easy conversion of the print product into an online product. The CMS was also built with themeing capabilities for advertising purposes.

This is a personal portfolio site for Jeff Fehder, a photo journalist.
